Handling What You Can’t Control: Managing Stress in Today’s Libraries
Stress is natural and can be beneficial, but when the demands we face and our resources for dealing with those demands don't balance, stress can become unhealthy. There are things we can control that can help us remain resilient and successful in dealing with stress and change. This workshop will review your experiences with change in the library and actions that you can control.
Annual spring workshop, appropriate for all levels of library staff.
